Playing music and doing some reading or knitting. I design toddler hoodies with the little tike's name knitted in across the front. New parents love them. And I just ordered LIFE STYLED. It arrives tomorrow. Can't wait to absorb your new dose of minimalist therapy!

Ummmmm, what precisely does one do, when one has a flat tire on the Bay bridge?!

It was messy! I ran over a nail on the bridge and my tire went flat instantly - I ended up driving on the flat (ill advised) to get off at the first SF exit. This destroyed the tire completely, but I did manage get to safety until roadside assistance could get to me!

my car died on the bay bridge once and there are specific people who come and (direct quote) “push you off the bridge.” think about a giant bumper car the size of a garbage truck pushing you while you control the steering wheel. then, once you get off the exit ramp into SF (in my case), a regular tow truck can come get you. Shout out to Willie, who lovingly supported me via the loudspeaker while he pushed my car over the bridge!

Right? Inquiring minds want to know. Block a lane until road service comes? Drive on the flat to get off?

I live in a small condo and making the bed is the first thing I do! It makes the space immediately look cleaner and styled which makes me happy to look at. It is a good way to start my day.

I use battery operated candles in candle holders on my mantle. They come in each night. They made the winter so much more bearable and cozy. I think I’ll keep them year round!

YES to flowers, but also: I like to go to the fruit market and buy a bunch of fruit and display it in a pretty bowl for a little pick-me-up.

For me, doing laundry is soothing. Another little pocket of order.
