Big news day: my third book, LIFESTYLED, is officially available for preorder! I am so thrilled to finally share the cover, a peek inside, and all the fun details below. 🎉
The truth is I had this post scheduled for last week, but then our whole family got sick with some terrible plague, and sweet Emilie was hospitalized with excruciating pain coupled with complex pneumonia. For the past week I've been basically just been holding my breath until she started to get better.
It was one of those weeks where everything had to get cancelled: Long standing meetings, client projects, parties and social plans - everything. The dog was barely walked, and everyone ate hospital pizza and pudding cups for dinner. Ironically, that's what this new book just happens to be about - how none of us can do it all, or hold everything together perfectly all the time, but how we can always control where we allocate our limited energy, resources, and attention. No matter what life throws at us, we can always decide how to intentionally invest and divest our resources. Especially when things are hard, we can give ourselves permission to lean into the few things that matter most and let go of the rest, giving ourselves plenty of grace along the way.

LifeStyled breaks down how to streamline and simplify each area of your life - from health and wellness, to career, finance, relationships, personal development and beyond. This is a book designed to help you clarify what’s most important so you can strip away the clutter and distraction that stands in the way.

This is by far my most personal book to date because I struggle with overextending myself in a quest to constantly do and achieve more. Writing this book forced me to confront my own limitations and shortcomings, reassess my values and priorities, and redefine success on my own terms. My hope is that it will help you do the same.
