One of mine - is connection through correspondence. I make time each week to not only send out birthday cards, but more importantly 'just because' I was thinking about you notes! Often I add some dried flowers or heart confetti and I have printed postcards done with my photos - 5x7 to add some joy to the mail!!
I love the idea of planning small/easy wins! A few I might try this week: doing 15 minutes of yoga or stretching; watching a short video on YouTube (my "watch later" bookmarks are out of control); making a cup of tea before bed (I keep buying tea but not brewing it!); visiting a Little Free Library; spending a few minutes planning a craft night (text friends to confirm a date and dream up a fun project).

Great suggestions! Ironically, I just got a beautiful round walnut side table from a friend. I hesitated to keep it because I know I'm a sucker for side tables, but this one was so beautiful! I was committed to using it somehow, so I swapped my cheap 5 dollar metal bedside table for it and I love it now.
