We're trying to visit every trailhead in Marin that comes up when you search "trail head" on google maps. I get a lot of parking anxiety (we can't go there, there won't be parking!) and I very much need to get over that because we always figure out parking somehow and it's not a good excuse to miss out!!
My son moves away for graduate school at the end of July. I’d like to prioritize time with him (as much as he’ll tolerate, lol). I’m thinking a trip into NYC should be on the list, as well as some barbecuing on the patio (he mans the grill)…
I am planning on visiting freinds in Majorca and that will tick off a lot of the things that i would like to do, swim in the Med. cocktails, try new foods, and spend time with firends. In less tha 2 weeks I am taking my 72 year old mom to London for 4 days, my 10 year old daughter is coming with and my sister is there on a bussiness trip. It's 3 generations of women having a girls weekend away. I am so excited , my mom is a happy go lucky, try anything once kind of person and I think that we will spend the whole trip laughing.
Writing retreat already planned and paid for. Two weeks in July along the James River overlooking a mountain range, revising two essays while relaxing in a southern Virginia, Civil War home. The neighbor's rooster and donkey are my soundtrack.
Buy the BIG tub of ice cream! Stock makings for Root beer floats and Italian Sodas. Style the S’mores basket.
I am really on board with this plan! EPIC!!
We forgot the root beer on the last grocery store run but I’m here to share that vanilla ice cream in orange soda is also an excellent summer float
It’s all fruit stand purchases for me - strawberries, blackberries, nectarines - and things to make with them.
YESSSS!!!

Lake Michigan beach day!
Lovely! x
I really want to take my 3 and 6 year olds camping this summer! We have a location about an hour away already picked out, just need to pick the dates.
Love it! x

I’d love to try a savory s’mores night with mini brie rounds, crackers and other charcuterie!
