I highly highly recommend Julia Louis Dreyfus’s podcast Wiser Than Me, where she interviews fabulous women in their 70s and 80s (Jane Fonda, Darlene Love, Isabel Allende…the list goes on). Makes me look forward to being a fabulous octogenarian one day!
I did a similar google search recently and came up with similar (disappointing) results. We do need a new narrative! The We Can Do Hard Things episode with Ashton Applewhite was great (I then read her book). The basic gist is that the more we dread aging, the worse we will feel physically and emotionally!
