This is such a timely letter as I started writing yesterday, about this similar topic!! The concept of having multiple potential outcomes feels really liberating to me. Looking forward to reading this book!!

I'm definitely getting this book! One phrase about uncertainty that i always come back to was taught to me by my therapist: Everything is going to be OK. And even if it isn't, everything is going to be OK. The tagline to this is basically: because you can handle anything that comes along.

I kind of like not knowing things. As a naturally curious person who enjoys novelty I can’t imagine knowing everything. A fun book by Helen Fisher titled Why him? Why her? categorizes this type as an ‘Explorer’. Her categories define 4 separate types and it’s based on the Myer-Briggs system. As an architect, I find it super helpful as I work with clients and understand that some people can tolerate change and uncertainty more than others

Really insightful about the beliefs that can hold us back and how to overcome them with grace 💜
